Terms
All rates are quoted per person based on a 3-night stay, double occupancy and include all meals listed in the programme. Minimum 3 night stay applicable 30th December - 1st January.
Single Supplement
A supplementary charge of £180 will be added to the above prices for single occupancy of a double or twin room.
Triple Rooms
Some rooms can accommodate additional adults at £295 per person.
Children Package

Pets – Dogmanay package
If leaving your dog behind at the kennels is heart breaking then feel free to bring the pooch along. All well-behaved dogs are most welcome throughout the hotel except, of course, in the restaurant. The cost for your four-legged friend is £15 per dog and includes a trail map to identify all the best local walks accessible from our front door and a special doggy treat on arrival.
Booking Guarantee/ Cancellation Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking to secure your reservation, with the remainder of the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Coul House operates a 60 day cancellation policy for our Hogmanay Celebration and, should you cancel within the 60 days prior to your arrival, unfortunately, a charge of 100% of the total booking price will be charged unless accommodations can be re-let. For cancellation outwith this period your deposit will be refunded less a £50 admin fee.
It may be advisable for you to take out Travel Insurance if you feel it is likely you may have to cancel.
For reservations made after November 1st 2011 full payment will be required at the time of booking.
